HANW Content Editor Makes Appearance on Grace Show

For nearly the 100th time since July 24, 2008, multi-platformed journalist Mark Williams made an appearance Monday night on the Nancy Grace Show on CNN Headline News.

As in the past, it dealt with the Casey Anthony saga… one which has been a top story since the middle of last July.

The latest… the release of the autopsy report of 2 – year old Caylee Anthony of east Orange County.

Caylee’s mother, 23-year old Casey, remains in the Orange County Jail without bond.

Trial is expected to begin Octoberm 12th.

Nancy –
Prosecutors say they want a picture of Casey Anthony’s tattoo she got from an Orlando – area tattoo parlor about a year ago which says “Bella Vita” which means a “Beautiful Life.”   (back left)

Prosecutors didn’t say why they wanted a photo… but obviously – Caylee wasn’t around when Casey got the tattoo… and with it meaning “a beautiful life” she had a lot to look forward to.

Prosecutors say the photo will be relevant in Casey’s upcoming trial… now scheduled for October 12^th.

Now – When she went to have the tattoo done… she told the artist her latest boyfriend was at a Yankees game in New York City –

Prosecutors other motion -

Prosecutors want a trial date in the check fraud case against Casey. They want to take Casey to trial in about sixty days.

Those charges filed after she alleged stole several checks belonging to Amy Huizenga when Casey used her car.

Checks were passed various stores including a Target… where a security camera caught her purchasing numerous goods..  like beer and those huge white – framed sun glasses

Checks also used at Winn Dixie – and at a branch of the Bank of America where she used a check for cash.

At no time was Caylee present.

Charged with –

4 cts of forgery

4 courts of uttering a forged instrument

4 counts of using personal information

Brad Conway -

Anthony Family attorney Brad Conway appeared on the “Today” show this morning.

He says the Anthony’s did not want the autopsy report released… and said he believes the Judge had a hard time making the decision as to release it… with the judge going with his instincts.

Forensic – Kobi

Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky of John Jay College in NYC… says the autopsy results weren’t conclusive… and there are a lot of questions to be answered.

Dr. Kobilinsky says they only have a couple of parts of the case… the car… the crime… and only circumstantial evidence against Casey.

No determination made if the records will be turned over.

The Judge still must having a hearing on the case… giving the defense an opportunity to narrow the date of the requested records.

Autopsy Report –

There several layers of duct tape across the nose and jaw… the mandible area of the face… and those layers of tape did not decompose and even held some of Caylee’s hair. The report said that the tape was placed prior to decomposition.

Toxicology-

No drugs found in Caylee’s body

Scrapings from a bone marrow cavity – No drags… no Xanax…  no chloroform…  no ingredients to make chloroforms…

Root activity –

It’s believed the body was there for several months… since there was roots… vegetation.. grew thru the skeletal remains as well as the bags her body was wrapped in.

Cause of death -

There was no specific cause of death… but the Orange County medial examiner… in the report Dr. G ruled Caylee’s death a homicide.

In essence… homicide by undetermined means…

Skeletal dispersal at scene – animal damage on a number of bones. They also scattered bones.

Carcass of an adult squirrel… placed it in the sun… but maggot activity and odor was significantly less

Tested a sample of a blanket that had been wrapped around a three year old child who had decomposed… no chloroform was detected.
